  4. Bank transfer in case of corporate events under the following payment and cancellation conditions
    • Cancellation 30 and more days prior to the beginning
      of the stay: - 0% of the total price for accommodation 
    • Cancellation 29 - 14 days prior to the beginning
      of the stay: - 30% of the total price for accommodation 
    • Cancellation 13 - 7 days prior to the beginning
      of the stay: - 50% of the total price for accommodation 
    • Cancellation 6 and less days prior to the beginning
      of the stay: - 100% of the total price for accommodation

    One month prior to the beginning of the stay the ordering party shall receive an advance payment amounting to 60% of the total price for accommodation. If this advance payment is not paid within 7 working days prior to the beginning of the stay, the reservation will be cancelled, nevertheless the cancellation fee will still be levied. The advance payment is forfeited to the credit of the Pension if the event is cancelled and the claim for its return expires. The Pension Trautenberk accepts 5 % no-show of the ordered rooms.
